In accordance with our mission, LA Theatre Review wants to celebrate International Fringe artists who demonstrate an outstanding contribution to the local LA theatre community during the Fringe. Recipients will win a fancy-pants LATR International La Fringe (Ooh-la-la!) statue and six weeks of free advertising on the www.LATheatreReview.com website.
LATR’s goal is to provide the most comprehensive coverage of the Hollywood Fringe possible. Our army of reviewers will be making the rounds daily and submitting their suggestions for outstanding work to the LATR panel judges. Participants are only eligible for a LATR International La Fringe if they are a designated theatre performance (ie. no improv), have submitted a press release to the Hollywood Fringe team, and have traveled to Los Angeles from outside of the United States. One lucky production will be chosen to receive the award. At that time, the panel will explain why the recipient’s work is considered an exemplary contribution to the small theatre scene in Los Angeles and will be featured in a special LATR La Fringe Awards article on the
www.LATheatreReview.com site.
